Payment Receipts

Print, download or email a receipt for any card payment, authorization or refund.

Receipt Types

Receipt For Shows
Payment receipt SUCCESS and CAPTURED payments Amount paid, card brand and last four digits, who received it
Card authorization AUTH holds Amount authorized, and that it’s a hold, not a charge
Refund receipt Refunded payments Original amount, amount refunded, net received, refund date and reason

Receipts never show the full card number, only the brand and the last four digits.

View, Print or Download

  1. On the Payments tab, open ⋯ on the payment.
  2. Choose View payment receipt, View authorization receipt or View refund receipt.
  3. Use Print or Download PDF.

Email a Receipt

  1. Open ⋯ on the payment and choose Email receipt.
  2. Check the email address. It starts with the guest’s email.
  3. Click Send.
