Payment Links

Email the guest a secure link to pay online. The payment is added to the folio when they pay.

Send a Payment Link

1. Open the booking’s folio.
2. Click Send to guest and choose Send payment link.
3. Check the Guest email. It starts with the email on the booking.
4. Optional: add a Mobile number to also send the link by WhatsApp, if your property has WhatsApp messages turned on.
5. Check the Payment amount. It starts at the balance due, and you can change it, for example to ask for a deposit.
6. Click Send payment link.

⚠️ Note: Payment links depend on your payment gateway. If you don’t see Send payment link, contact Stayflexi support.

Track a Payment Link

When the guest pays, the payment is added to the folio’s Payments tab automatically. The guest’s card brand and last four digits are shown, and the balance due updates. The folio’s Audit Log records each link sent and each payment, with the time and the staff member.

💡 Tip: You can send more than one link, for example a deposit now and the balance later. Each payment appears separately.
