How do I create Rule-Based Pricing rules?

Below are the step-by-step guidelines on creating Rule-Based Pricing rules in Dynamic Pricing:

1. Log in to the Stayflexi Dashboard:
   • Use your login credentials.
2. Open Revenue Management:
   • Click the four-boxes icon.
   • Select “Revenue Management.”
3. Go to Dynamic Pricing:
   • Click the Dynamic Pricing dropdown on the left.
   • Select “Rule-Based Pricing.”
4. Add a New Rule:
   • Click “Add Rule” or “Add Dynamic Pricing Rule.”
5. Define the Occupancy Range:
   • Enter the occupancy percentage range where this rule should apply.
   • Example:
     • 0%–50% → Decrease price
     • 51%–70% → Increase price
     • 71%–100% → Increase price more
6. Choose the Price Adjustment Type:
   • Set whether the change is a percentage or a fixed amount.
   • Enter the value accordingly.
7. Select Room Categories:
   • Choose whether this rule should apply to all rooms or specific room categories.
8. Set the Active Date Range:
   • Choose the calendar dates during which this rule should remain active.
9. Save the Rule:
   • Click Save to finalize the rule.
   • You will now see it listed in the Rule-Based Pricing table.
