Group Performance Dashboard Overview

The Group Performance Dashboard in stayflexi provides a comprehensive and insightful overview of your multi-property portfolio’s performance, all in one place. It enables hoteliers to easily understand key performance metrics, identify top-performing properties, and analyze trends through visual, easy-to-read reports.

To access the Group Performance Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Stayflexi admin account.
  2. On the left-hand menu, click on Dashboard.
  3. At the top of the dashboard screen, switch to the “Group Performance” tab (visible only for group/chain accounts).
  4. This will open the consolidated multi-property performance view with metrics, charts, and comparisons across all your properties.

Right-Hand Side Controls (RHS):

  1. Compare with Last Year
    On the top-right corner, you will find a toggle that allows you to compare your current performance with the same period last year. Enable this toggle to instantly view YoY comparisons across all key metrics.
  2. View by Today, MTD, or YTD
    You can switch the data view between Today, Month-to-Date (MTD), and Year-to-Date (YTD).
    This helps you quickly analyze performance for different time frames.
  3. Filter by Properties (All Properties Dropdown)
    Click on the All Properties dropdown to view a full list of your properties.
    You can select one or multiple properties to filter the dashboard and see results for specific locations or clusters.

When you open the dashboard, you can instantly view performance data for a specific date, including:

  • Total Revenue
  • Average Occupancy
  • Average ADR (Average Daily Rate)
  • RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)

On the LHS, you’ll find sections that highlight your Top Performing and Low Performing properties.
These insights help you quickly understand which properties are exceeding expectations and which ones may require attention or operational improvements.

On the right side, the Monthly Performance Graph helps visualize trends by filtering metrics such as Revenue, ADR, RevPAR, or Occupancy

When you scroll down, you’ll see a property-wise performance bar graph that gives you a clear visual comparison across all your properties.

  1. Compare by Today, MTD, or YTD
    Use the time selector to switch the graph between Today, Month-to-Date, and Year-to-Date performance.
  2. Select Metrics on the RHS
    On the right-hand side, you can choose which key metric to display:
    • Revenue
    • Occupancy
    • ADR (Average Daily Rate)
    • RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)
  3. Graph Layout
    • Vertical Axis: Represents the value range (e.g., revenue amount, occupancy %, ADR, etc.)
    • Horizontal Axis: Shows all your properties side by side for easy comparison.

When you scroll further down, you will find the Booking Source Performance chart, which helps you understand which channels contribute the most to your business.

  1. Switch Between Revenue and Rooms Sold
    On the top right-hand side, you can toggle between:
    • Revenue
    • Rooms Sold
      This lets you compare how each booking source performs based on the metric you want to analyze.
  2. Chart Layout
    • Vertical Axis: Displays all your booking sources (e.g., Walk-in, OTA, Booking Engine etc..).
    • Horizontal Axis: Represents the value—either total revenue or number of rooms sold depending on the selected tab.

Scroll further down to access the Day-Wise Performance Report, which provides a detailed daily breakdown of your property or group performance.

  • The table includes key metrics such as:
    Date, Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
  • On the top right-hand side, you also have the option to download this report for offline use or sharing with your team.

    The Group Performance Dashboard simplifies performance tracking and empowers your management team to make data-driven decisions that enhance overall profitability across all properties.
