Group Performance Dashboard Overview
The Group Performance Dashboard in stayflexi provides a comprehensive and insightful overview of your multi-property portfolio’s performance, all in one place. It enables hoteliers to easily understand key performance metrics, identify top-performing properties, and analyze trends through visual, easy-to-read reports.
When you open the dashboard, you can instantly view performance data for a specific date, including:
- Total Revenue
- Average Occupancy
- Average ADR (Average Daily Rate)
- RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)
You can also switch to the Monthly Data view to analyze performance across an entire month. stayflexi offers flexibility to select a single property, multiple properties together, or all properties within your group.
On the left side, you’ll find the Top Performing and Low Performing Properties panel, showing which properties are leading or lagging. On the right side, the Monthly Performance Graph helps visualize trends by filtering metrics such as Revenue, ADR, RevPAR, or Occupancy.
Scrolling further, you’ll find:
- Property-wise Performance: Bar graphs showing date-wise or monthly data for Revenue, ADR, RevPAR, and Occupancy.
- Booking Source Performance: A horizontal bar chart displaying performance by booking channels (such as OTAs), which can be filtered by Revenue or Rooms Sold.
- Day-wise Performance Report: A detailed summary of Revenue, ADR, Occupancy, and RevPAR for each day — available for download.
The Group Performance Dashboard simplifies performance tracking and empowers your management team to make data-driven decisions that enhance overall profitability across all properties.
