What if the owner or manager takes cash out for personal or business purposes?

If the property owner, manager, or any authorized person withdraws cash for personal use or business-related expenses, you can log this in the Cash Tracker under Cash Withdrawals. This ensures the transaction is properly documented and the cash balance stays accurate.

Flow:

1. Go to the Cash Tracker section in Stayflexi.
2. Click Add Withdrawal from the left-hand menu.
3. Pick the Date of the withdrawal.
4. In the Reason/Entity column, select a predefined withdrawal category (e.g., Owner Withdrawal, Vendor Payment, Staff Wages).
5. Enter the Amount withdrawn and add a Description if necessary.
6. Click Save to record the transaction and update the available cash balance.

Example:

• The owner takes ₹10,000 from the property’s cash for urgent equipment repair.
• The cashier logs into the Cash Tracker → Add Withdrawal → select “Owner Withdrawal” → enter ₹10,000 → Save.
• The system reduces the cash balance immediately and keeps a record for auditing.
