The Cash Tracker in Stayflexi is a built-in tool that helps properties monitor, record, and reconcile all cash transactions in real-time.
It gives a clear snapshot of how much cash is currently on hand, where it came from, and how it’s being used — making daily cash flow management simple and transparent.

Key Functions of Cash Tracker:

  1. Tracks All Cash Inflows :
    • Cash received from guest folios (payments during check-in, check-out, or in-stay purchases)
    • Cash top-ups added for operational needs
    • Any other incoming cash sources.
  2. Monitors All Cash Outflows:
    • Expenses paid in cash (e.g., supplies, repairs, petty cash)
    • Cash withdrawals for various purposes
