Adding or removing guests from a reservation

  1. Login to Stayflexi: Log into your Stayflexi dashboard using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Reservations Tab: From the front page of the Stayflexi dashboard, locate the top navigation menu. The second icon is the Reservation Calendar. Click on the icon to see all your reservations.
  3. Select the Reservation: Choose the reservation for which you want to see the folio by clicking on it
  4. View Reservation Details: A pop-up window will appear on the right side of the screen, showing the booking and customer information.
  5. Find the Folio Option: Scroll down to the section with multiple actions. Look for the option labeled View Folio and click on it.

How to Add or Remove Guests from a Reservation in Stayflexi:

  1. Click on More Folio Actions – At the top of the folio, click the green More Folio Actions button.
  2. A list of actions will appear.
  3. Locate and Click on Add/Remove Guest: Select this option from the list.
  4. On the right side, you will see fields where you can update the number of Adults and Children in the reservation.
  5. After adjusting the guest count, click the Update button at the bottom. The folio will update automatically with the new amount based on the added or removed guests.
    • A Confirmation message will appear, indicating that the guest count has been successfully updated in the reservation.
