Can I change the payment mode after settlement?

Follow these steps to update the payment mode for a reservation after settlement.

1. Log in to your Stayflexi account.
2. Open the reservation for which you want to change the payment mode.
3. From the reservation details panel (on the right-hand side), click “View Folio.”
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the folio page.
5. Under Folio View Mode, select “Payments.”
6. In the Payments section, locate the payment entry you want to modify.
7. On the extreme right-hand side of that payment row, click “Actions.”
8. Choose the option to Change Payment Mode.
9. Select the desired payment method from the available options.
10. Click Confirm to save the changes.
    The payment mode will now be updated successfully.
