How do I configure Demand-Based Pricing?

Below are the step-by-step guidelines on setting up Demand-Based Pricing.

1. Log in to Your Stayflexi Dashboard:
   • Enter your username and password.
2. Open Revenue Management:
   • Click the four-boxes (More Apps) icon.
   • Select “Revenue Management.”
3. Go to Dynamic Pricing:
   • Click the Dynamic Pricing dropdown on the left sidebar.
   • Select “Demand-Based Pricing.”
4. Start a New Configuration:
   • Click “Add New Configuration.”

Important Note: Before configuring demand-based pricing, make sure your room types and rate plans are properly set up. If they are not linked correctly, it may lead to rate mismatches. For example, the system may remind you to sync the base price of your Premium 1BHK with Balcony Garden View with the market demand before continuing.

1. Choose Your Property’s Star Category:
   • Select the appropriate star category (e.g., 3-star, 4-star).
   • This helps the system compare your property with similar market competitors.
2. Select the Demand Type:
   • Choose one of the following:
     • Low Demand
     • Moderate Demand
     • High Demand
     • Occupancy-Based Demand
3. Set the Pricing Action:
   • Choose whether the price should Increase or Decrease when this demand level is detected.
4. Enter the Price Adjustment Value:
   • Add the amount or percentage by which the price should change.
   • Example: Increase by ₹200 or decrease by 10%.
5. Save the Configuration:
   • Click Save to activate the demand-based pricing rule.
   • The system will now automatically adjust rates based on market demand.
