You can easily view and manage all Out-of-Order rooms directly from the Housekeeping module. The system provides both a quick visual overview and a detailed report for better tracking and maintenance management.

Below is the Step-by-step guide to identifying and accessing information about all out-of-order rooms in Stayflexi Housekeeping:

Method 1: From the Housekeeping Dashboard:

  1. Open the Housekeeping Page:
    • Click on the Housekeeping icon (4th icon from the top menu).
  2. Check the Status Summary Cards:
    • At the top of the page, you’ll see a status card labeled “Out of Order.”
    • This card instantly shows the total number of rooms currently marked as Out of Order.
  3. View Out-of-Order Rooms in the Table:
    • Scroll down to the room list (main table).
    • Under the Status column, look for rooms marked as “Out of Order.”
    • You can also use the search bar and type “Out of Order” to filter and view only those rooms.

Method 2: From the Configuration → Out-of-Order Report:

  1. On the right-hand side of the Housekeeping page, click on the Configuration icon.
  2. Select “Out-of-Order Report.”
  3. This opens a detailed log of all rooms that are currently out of order, including:
    • Room Number
    • Reason for being Out of Order (e.g., AC repair, renovation, maintenance)
    • Status (Active / Resolved)
    • Action Log (who marked it and when)
    • Remarks or Notes (if added during blocking)

You can also export this report in PDF, Excel, or CSV format for tracking and record-keeping.
