How to provide discounts on a Flat / Percentage basis for the existing reservations?

To Provide discounts on a flat or percentage basis for existing reservations in Stayflexi:

1. Login to Stayflexi: Log into your Stayflexi dashboard using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Reservations Tab: From the front page of the Stayflexi dashboard, locate the top navigation menu. The second icon is the Reservation Calendar. Click on the icon to see all your reservations.
3. Select the Reservation: Choose the reservation for which you want to modify the booking price.
4. View Reservation Details: A pop-up window will appear on the right side of the screen.
5. Click on the “View Folio” option from the reservation calendar.
6. In the“View Folio” page, click on “More Actions”.
7. From the More Folio Actions menu, scroll to the Financial category.
8. Click on Apply Promo / Discount.
9. This opens the discount panel on the right-hand side.
10. In the Action Type dropdown, choose Apply Manual Discount.
11. Other available options include Apply Coupon Code and Apply Offer.
12. Under Type, select either:
    • Flat (fixed amount), or Percent (percentage-based discount).
13. Enter the discount amount.
14. Click Validate to preview the applied discount amount in INR.
15. Once verified, click Apply to Folio at the bottom to add the discount to the folio.
